Job Title: Founder's Associate – Digital Health & Addiction Care

💼 What you'll do at coobi:

• Work directly with the founders on strategic projects across product, sales, fundraising, and operations
• Support customer discovery and user research by conducting interviews with therapists, clinics, and patients
• Help prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and financial models as we scale and raise funding
• Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and healthcare regulations to inform business decisions
• Assist in partnership development with clinics, health insurers, and research institutions
• Take ownership of special projects that directly impact company growth and product-market fit

🤹 We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Psychology, Health Sciences, Economics, or related fields)
• Fluent in German (native or C1+ level) and strong English skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges
• Genuine interest in digital health, mental health, or health-tech startups
• Self-starter mentality – you're comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy figuring things out independently
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
